Washington first state to ban text messaging while driving - Autoblog. Now if we can only get WA State to enforce their left-lane driving rules, traffic may actually move there! Oh yeah, and the Troopers should do something more effective than sitting on the side of the road with their radar guns, wasting tax dollars on gas in an idling vehicle! %$@*(^%@! Ok, rant over.
